MCpl Mullan (ret’d) started cartooning in his spare time while on tour in Yugoslavia in 1995. He has since taken several classes at the Ottawa School of Art and his work has appeared in numerous publications across Canada. Two cartoons are presently in the Canadian War Museum’s permanent war art collection. Robert would like to let our readers know that he is available for commissioned works (e.g., retirement, or posting gifts, personalized cartoons, or Regimental Christmas cards). In the fall, he will release a book of his cartoons.
